Background: The prevalence of high-risk pregnancies in the world is still relatively high. Approximately 10-30% mothers who undergo routine antenatal care are diagnosed with and these, 70-80% experience perinatal mortality morbidity. psychological impact pregnancy anxiety, stress, mother experiencing a crisis that can affect relationship between fetus. This condition also continue baby after birth. Therefore, it necessary to make efforts increase attachment fetus, one which be done by providing education. purpose this study was determine effect Android-based Prenatal Attachment Education Applications on Maternal Fetal High-Risk Pregnant Women.
 Methods: type research quantitative quasi-experimental design uses group pretest - posttest without control group. intervention provided form prenatal education packaged an application via mobile phones. sample 40 pregnant women at Putri Ayu Public Health Center, Jambi City. inclusion criteria were could read write. Exclusion respondents not willing participate study.
 Results: Based results above analysis, seen Sig 0.000 < 0.001, means H0 rejected Ha accepted. In other words, there significant maternal fetal attachment.
